This Package is designed for the bride and groom who have decided to do all of the hard work of researching and hiring of wedding professionals and vendors. Now that you’ve done a lot of the hard work, this package enables you to relax and enjoy your rehearsal and wedding day by relying on a dependable Professional Bridal Consultant.
- Initial one hour complimentary consultation to get to know each other and to go over your expectations.
- Rehearsal & Full Day of Coordination.
- Full event consultations & ceremony diagrams.
- Unlimited phone calls for any questions, etiquette, etc.
- Unlimited emails.
- Information on Wedding Etiquette.
- Monthly Reminders.
- Additional consultations as needed.
- Additional Vendor Referrals
- Review all vendor contracts.
- Contact all vendors prior to the wedding to go over the itinerary.
- Create all timelines needed for rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
- Contact your vendors one week prior to verify their arrival times for the timeline.
- Oversee setup for ceremony & reception locations.
- Reception area decorating (not including materials).
- Confirmation of client-selected services, plus time lines.
- Direction of Wedding rehearsal (2 hours).
- Oversee and assist boutonnieres, corsages & bouquet. Will assist in pinning on corsages.
- Oversee and assist ushers for reserved seating for guests (Will provide diagram).
- Meet and greet guests and direct them to ceremony and reception locations.
- Oversee getting the bridal party line-up in order and down the aisle to impress your guests!
- Direction of processional, ceremony and recessional, leading into the reception hall, if applicable.
- Oversee placement of wedding accessories such as, place cards, favors, Cake knife/server, bride & groom's toasting glasses, guest book, centerpieces, etc.
- Double check the reception room that everything is set-up and ready before your guests enter.
- We are hosts to your guests if they have any questions during your event.
- Includes a minimum of 1 Professional Bridal Consultant and 1 assistant coordinator.
- Assist with line-up for your introduction into the reception.
- Coordinate and work with the caterer or food captain during the reception.
- Distribute payments and gratuities to vendors.
- Collect all your personal belongings and keep-sake items and loading them to go to their designated car or room at the end of the event.
