What will a consultant do for me? Paradise Perfectly Planned can assist in making your visions a reality while helping you stay within your budget, save you precious time, and avoid any costly mistakes. We would handle as much of the details as you would like and be there to mediate any situation that sometimes happen between family and friends when planning big events. Always with you in mind to reduce stress and help you enjoy your wedding, social event or corporate event.
My ceremony and reception sites have an on-site planner, why would I need a consultant? This is a common question and quite justified. Some venues do include their own "on-site" coordinator. They do a wonderful job getting done what is contracted, but they are usually focused on the venue they work for; leaving the question of who will manage the details you have spent hours working on, such as creating a timeline for rehearsal, ceremony and reception and making sure it goes smoothly, distributing flowers for readers, groomsmen, parents, etc., assuring the transportation, musicians and photographers are on time, candles are lit, favors, flowers and centerpieces are placed properly and much more. On site coordinators are frequently not prepared or else willing to take care of the little things or problems. We are your personal assistants for the entire day. We will work for you with the on-site coordinator to make certain your day is beautiful.
Why can't my family or I do the planning? You and your family can do the planning yourselves, and that at times, is part of the fun. It also can be a hassle and time consuming, researching your choices of numerous vendors, worrying about getting the best deal, making sure all the details are in place, orchestrating the day, dealing with last minute issues, and wondering if everything will turn out all right. Your consultant has the experience to make it all work, so you can relax and enjoy it all. After all, you and your family deserve to enjoy the day!
I thought consultants are only for lavish weddings? How can I afford one? Remember that a consultant should be part of your budget, not an added expense. We will work with you as little or as much as you wish. You make all of the very important decisions and tell us what you envision, from there we'll help design an amazing event!
What if I have already done most of the planning? Can you still help me? Absolutely! There are always little details that need attending to. We can assist you in several ways, we have packages designed and an a la carte menu for the day of coordination for weddings, events and anything else you may need.
